Description
Keep invoice follow-ups from slipping
Late invoices are easy to lose track of, and writing a follow-up can feel awkward. PayChaser gives independent businesses one focused place to see what is due, decide what needs attention, and prepare a clear message.
Add an invoice, keep its due date and payment status visible, and use the overdue queue to decide what to follow up on. Choose from three editable message tones, review the wording, copy it into your own email app, and record that you sent it. Mark payments manually when they arrive. There is no automatic client contact or payment processing.

Honest scope
This is a functional local-first source-code starter, not a hosted SaaS. The current build does not send email or SMS, process payments, generate invoice PDFs, connect to accounting or banking providers, sync between devices, provide user accounts/team access, or send automatic reminders. Statuses and follow-up activity are entered manually. The app stores data in browser local storage, which is not encrypted by this app. Sample names, emails, and amounts are fictional.
The US$99 offer is intended as a non-exclusive commercial source-code license. The seller retains copyright. No hosted service, domain, buyer data, exclusivity, ongoing support, updates, or warranty is included. The final marketplace license and terms control.
FAQ
- What do I need to run this?
- Nothing beyond a current browser. PayChaser is plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with no runtime dependencies, no server, and no API keys. Open index.html and it works. Data lives in your browser's local storage.
- What is and is not included?
- You get the source project, setup notes, a sample workspace to explore, and an editable promotional graphic. The current build does not send email or SMS, process payments, generate PDFs, sync across devices, or provide user accounts or team access. Follow-ups and payment status are logged manually.
- What happens to my invoice data?
- Data is stored in your browser's local storage. You can export invoices to CSV or download a JSON backup to restore later. The app does not encrypt data itself, and local storage is not synced between devices or browsers.
- What is the tech stack?
- Plain HTML, CSS, and browser JavaScript. No frameworks, build tools, or external dependencies. If you can edit HTML and JavaScript, you can modify it.
