Description
This is a website template. You're buying the source code for a real estate website you can rebrand for any boutique agency, broker or developer. "Arden", the Hudson Valley agency in the demo, is fictional placeholder content; no MLS feed, CRM or backend is included, and the forms are ready to connect to yours.
Made for big photography
- Every photo sits in a frame and drifts inside it as you scroll, at its own depth, so pages read in layers
- A full-screen hero that sinks and slowly zooms while the headline lifts away
- A landscape that opens from a framed photo to the full screen as you scroll
- A row of towns that slides sideways while the page scrolls down
- Full-width photo breaks between sections
Pages included
- Home: hero with a buy or rent search, staggered featured homes, the opening landscape, towns, a photo quote, the team and a testimonial
- Homes (/homes): every listing, filterable by buy or rent, town, bedrooms and price, and sortable; the hero search lands here with its filters set
- Home detail (/homes/…): full-screen cover, the story and features, a facts panel that stays in view, a parallax gallery, a mortgage calculator (or rental terms), a "book a viewing" form and similar homes
- About (/about): the agency, how it works and the team
- Sell with us (/contact): how selling works and a valuation request form
- A custom 404 and a dark footer that's uncovered as the page lifts away
Design & motion
- Limestone light theme and a deep green dark theme, with a visitor toggle
- Newsreader display type with Hanken Grotesk, both bundled (no Google Fonts call)
- Editorial forms: hairline fields with answers set in the display face
- Custom dropdowns, masked headline reveals and smooth scrolling
- Fully responsive, with a full-screen mobile menu
Accessibility
- Respects reduced motion: parallax, pinning and reveals switch off
- Keyboard-friendly dropdowns, filters and forms; text over photos sits on shading so it stays readable
Easy to make yours
- All copy, listings, towns, agents and page text live in one typed content file; no component edits needed
- A full set of 30 photos is included, with a shot list and prompts (PHOTOS.md) for swapping in your own
- Recolour both themes from a handful of CSS tokens
- Static output; deploys to Vercel in one click
