This delivery contains a Cloudflare Workers API for bounded analysis of public web integration surfaces, plus an optional x402 payment adapter.

The package contains four source and test files with 3,114 source-and-test lines. The release check requires all 31 automated tests to pass.

Safety boundaries

The core API is designed for public HTTP and HTTPS pages. It rejects private network targets and credential-like URLs, uses bounded redirects and response sizes, enforces network timeouts, checks robots policy, and returns structured evidence rather than raw page content.

It does not execute page JavaScript, submit forms, authenticate, bypass access controls, solve challenges, or test vulnerabilities.

License and support

The purchase grants one buying organization a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial source license. The buyer may modify, deploy, and use the code inside its own products or hosted services. Standalone source resale and redistribution are prohibited. TinyOps Studio LLC retains the original source and may continue licensing it.

The purchase includes 30 calendar days of asynchronous written setup support beginning on delivery. No call is required. Ongoing maintenance after the support window is not included unless separately agreed.

Start here

1. Read COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md and DEPLOYMENT.md.
2. Run npm ci and npm test in core/.
3. Run npm ci and npm run check in x402/.
4. Copy core/wrangler.example.toml to core/wrangler.toml and replace its placeholders.
5. Deploy the core Worker.
6. If desired, configure and deploy the optional x402/ adapter.

The buyer supplies all Cloudflare, domain, payment, marketplace, and third-party accounts. No credentials or hosted TinyOps resources are included.

Validation and limitations

All 31 included automated tests passed locally on September 6, 2026 (27 core tests and 4 adapter tests). This is not evidence of live payment settlement, customer adoption, or compatibility with every website. The marketplace marked its build and dependency checks as not applicable; those checks did not validate the nested packages. The optional payment adapter requires the buyer's own configuration and live validation.

This is a source-code license for a developer to deploy and operate. No existing revenue, customers, traffic, hosted subscription, or third-party accounts are included. Cloudflare and payment-provider charges are the buyer's responsibility. Marketplace purchase and refund terms apply to purchases made here.
