Can I use it in a commercial product?

Yes. The Builder grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the software for the Buyer's own commercial or personal purposes, including in the Buyer's own products and services. The Buyer may not resell, re-list, sub-license, or otherwise redistribute the software as a product.

What if it doesn't work?

You have 24 hours after delivery to report a factual problem: misrepresentation, a bug that stops it working, other factual grounds.
